An important service we provide that many developers find
very helpful is a design and constructability review performed
prior to breaking ground. This review is very effective
in reducing undesirable change orders that may otherwise
occur during construction. For further peace of mind, we
are willing to work under a design-build guaranteed maximum
price contract.
Unlike many of our competitors, we are not limited to a
single building design or type. We have experience in virtually
all self-storage construction types including tilt concrete,
masonry, all metal, multi-story, climate control, RV and
Boat, conversions, etc.
An added benefit at TLW Construction is our ability to better
control schedule and cost by self-performing the metal
building erection, and door installment. Our crews combine
good work ethic with a high level of experience to bring
the owner a quality finished product. One such building
was featured in a facility tour at the recent Arizona Mini-Storage
Association Conference and a second facility won a beautification
award in the City of Tempe, Arizona while competing with
other commercial, office, and retail buildings.
