TLW Construction has been a licensed general contractor
for over 20 years. TLW has, during this time, developed
a solid reputation for honesty and quality work. Indeed,
a 20+ year history with no bankruptcies or lawsuits in
the construction industry is quite outstanding. This is
solid evidence of who TLW is and how TLW does business.
TLW Construction is led by founder and president, Ted Williams.
Ted is a graduate of accounting from Brigham Young University.
He is a trusted leader in his community. Ted has served
the community as Mesa Symphony President, District Governor
of Rotary, and as a leader in Boy Scout programs. Ted's
expertise in self-storage construction is also widely recognized
throughout the Southwest. He has been asked to teach at
self-storage trade show round table discussions and was
chosen to serve as a Board Member of the Arizona Mini-Storage
Association.
Tarik Williams, Ted's son, is the Vice President of TLW
Construction. Tarik gained practical self-storage construction
knowledge as he labored for TLW during high school summers
and holidays. The love for construction and development
carried into Tarik's college experience. He graduated magna
cum laude at Arizona State University's Del E. Webb School
of Construction, and also received a minor in business.
Tarik also is a licensed real estate broker and has been
recognized in national and local publications for his successes.
Tarik has also been invited to conduct round table discussions
at self-storage trade shows.
Ted and Tarik combine their varied backgrounds with that
of their project managers, superintendents, and field personnel
to provide the leadership and know-how necessary to make
each project a success.
