Turn-Key Design Build Services

TLW Construction pulls from decades of experience to offer extensive preconstruction consulting. This includes site layout and unit mix recommendations, and methods to reduce cost and increase marketability. Once an investor has made a decision to move forward with design, TLW construction can hire and work with architects and engineers on your behalf in a true design-build relationship or the investor can hire the architect directly and we will work jointly with the architect during design to ensure the design is buildable and cost effective.

General Construction

TLW Construction is also happy to hard-bid projects that have already been through the design stage. We feel that due to great relationships with many of our subcontractors and because we have our own metal erection and concrete placement crews, we can be extremely competitive in our general contractor pricing.

Conversions

We have experience in modifying unit sizes and converting traditional space into climate controlled space.  We also convert industrial buildings to self-storage buildings.

Boat and RV

Whether it is open-air storage, covered RV/Boat parking, or fully enclosed and powered RV/Boat condos, TLW is able and up to the task. 

Metal Erection Subcontracting

TLW self-performs the metal building installation on all of its projects and also acts as subcontractor to other general contractors or metal building companies that need experienced, reliable erectors.
